  • [H3] Hi I will keep on writing négative reviews until someone really contacts me or until I get correct and concrete information about my order: JTGDTMYYE. I already talked to an agent through Whatsapp with another mobile number, but when i want to contact you again in whatsapp (which I did last thursday) you do not respond anymore. Even with another mobile number your agents are not available. In September I placed a large order that would be shipped on November 24th. On 28/11 I received a track and trace link and my order was supposedly shipped. Agediss would take care of it. However, nothing happened via the track and trace. I contacted agediss several times, I contacted you a lot (or at least tried to because your customer service is practically non-existent). Since then still no changes in the track and trace. I have since written negative reviews on Trustpilot in the hope of receiving concrete information and that something would finally be done. The agent told me that Agediss would contact me in 5 days, but she told me that on the 16th of december! Haven’t heard anybody. I ordered the chairs in September and actually need them for January 10. I can no longer use the Christmas piece I ordered and we have been sitting in uncomfortable dining chairs for enough months now. I had an order for around 1000 euros. If nothing changes within the next 3 working days I will cancel my whole order.

  • [H3] We are Vozon Records (insta - @vozonrecs) a well reputed Record label with hundreds of artists signed under us. Few month back they blocked us and when I had reached out they said that we used AI to produce music, which is a false claim from their side and they didn't even reach out to us to verify about it. The track was infact created by a producer and we have sent them the proofs and they have stopped responding and blocked us on Instagram aswell. Now they are keeping all our music under curfew for 5 years, and keep collecting those royalties. If I ever wanted to takedown, I have to pay 20 euro per UPC itseems.....Blocking people is fine if you can prove they indulged in those activities, but in this case we even have proofs the track was created by a producer and have the project files aswell. How come you can give false claim, ban and keep all our royalties and catalogue? This doesn't just affect us but all the artists signed under us!

  • [H3] Any Customer support's capabilities are tested when there is a real problem. We were shocked when we tested GoDaddy's willingness to solve a problem, speed, and support quality with an issue that impacted all our e-mail receiving capacities. Our e-mails were unanswered, and the chatbot outsourcing agents had zero clue about what was happening. There was a constant effort to stall us with repetitive communication, waiting times, and questions. To this day, they don't know what and why it happened, and they were not even aware when MS solved the issue. As a result, we lost precious business time, communication, and prestige. Don't rely on GoDaddy if you have a significant business volume or reputation. We'll make sure to change at first instance.

Contacted them to notify them of this when we were met with the rudest most abrupt person who should not be working in customer service! I currently have broken ribs and awaiting surgery and have been sleeping on the floor for several weeks now! they use hunter express which if you look up thier reviews are absolutely atrocious! The way that they handled this issue is appalling and myself and family will never order from them again and steer others elsewhere. Also ordered 2 ottomans which turned up with holes in the bottom.

They were coming from behind washer. Couldn’t pull washer out apparently. 2nd man pulled it out straight away and resolved the issue within 2 days. Waste of £250, do not bother if you have a pest issue. Tried to tell this to the person on the phone and they couldn’t have been less interested.

  • [H3] Difficult to find the drivers, We had to phone 40 minutes before arriving, the walk from the collection/drop off point is the same distance as the car park, you actually walk past a bus stop to the terminal. The meet point is the car park exit, it is just as quick, easy and cost effective to park yourself. Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be
